Description Car Wash Shift Lead We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help deliver our guests a one-of-a-kind car wash experience. As a Shift Lead at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning about the day-to-day operations of the wash, as well as providing support for the management team. Shift Lead Job Responsibilities: A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests. The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. The ability to help train and develop new employees. The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask. The ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually. The ability to learn how to run a shift, open and close the facility. Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety. Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash facility. Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff safety. The ability to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues. Learn all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely. Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner. Basic computer skills. Any duties assigned by leadership. Requirements Job Requirements: Minimum 1 of leadership experience. Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons. The ability to stand for long periods of time. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel between locations for training and development purposes may be required.
