Description

The Opportunity:
Students or graduates who are hired for a temporary job in order to gain on-the-job work experience.
Partner with a focus on internal processes; must support the sales team from the operational and
administrative perspective. Responsible for database management, updating reports, and supporting
the automation of sales tasks to improve the sales team’s efficiency.
Support the documentation and management of activities associated with internal processes

in the sales area.

  • Monitor the flow of internal approval processes.
  • Support the updating of customer databases, opportunities, and quotes (in specific cases).
  • Participate in the review of procedures and propose improvements.
  • Constant collaboration with other functional areas and a willingness to execute to ensure efficient processes.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and automation of performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Student in the final semesters of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related

field.

  • Desirable: Experience (academic or professional) in administrative or commercial

processes.

  • Good command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and basic knowledge of AI tools.
  • Some experience with CRM, preferable.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must
  • Analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Process analytical skills, continuous improvement, and collaborative work.
  • Effective communication: expression and documentation
  • Continuous learning oriented
  • Efficiency and goal-achievement oriented.

Typically works in an office with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature
and noise level. Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems. A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis. Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 25 lbs.
