    We are seeking experienced Welders/Fabricators to join our night shift team. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid CWB Flat Fluxcore ticket (minimum).
  • Fitting experience and blueprint reading ability.
  • GMAW experience (asset).
  • Must be registered or willing to register with the Alberta Apprenticeship Board.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production, and QC inspection process.
  • WHMIS and OSSA training (asset).
  • Strong judgment, focus, and ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Build skids/base frames and structural frames of all sizes.
  • Perform Fluxcore (FCAW) welding (valid CWB Flat Fluxcore ticket required).
  • Fit and weld according to blueprint drawings.
  • Use equipment such as grinders, torches, chop saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
  • Conduct stainless steel MIG wire welding for heat exchangers.
  • Perform aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal welding.
  • Participate in all safety meetings and follow company safety protocols.
  • Maintain high-quality, consistent welds (primarily in flat position).
