Job purpose
As the Customer Experience Expansion Team Lead, you will be focused on delivering a Customer Centric mindset to the Austria and Switzerland markets by being obsessed with the customer feedback, our processes and organising across the stakeholder network long term plans to improve our business service to our customers.

What will you be doing

  • Leading and Developing a team of CX Specialists to go beyond our Customers’ Expectations and build sustainable processes
  • Own the end-to-end process of order placement to execution for the scopes of Austria and Switzerland
  • You will co-ordinate and resolve ad-hoc operational issues that can arise from our customers (i.e. delivery status, OOS, product quality, missing goods etc.)
  • Develop plans and support the transformation of the manual and routine processes into automated and efficient steps that help the team to focus on the more complex issues
  • Identify further opportunities for process and business improvements with our customers

What you will bring

  • C1/B2 in German and English is required (English fluency being priority)
  • An appetite to lead, to be happy to stand up and go against the current and coaching those around you to better results
  • Great communicator with analytical, quantitative, problem solving skills
  • You are focused on building strong long-term relations both internal and external
  • Results orientated and stress resilient showcasing the ability to adapt and prioritize workload accordingly
  • Experiences with Leading a Team is nice to have but not necessary
