CX Research & Insight (Corporate Banking – MMLC) 🎯 Job Purpose Conduct and coordinate structured customer research and industry analysis to generate actionable insights for targeted sub-sectors, enabling effective customer-centric product and service design. 🔑 Key Responsibilities 1 - Research Planning & Execution Consult and co‑organize interview and survey activities với: Relationship Managers (RMs) Industry experts Corporate clients External research agencies Apply standardized, professional research methodologies to ensure data quality and consistency Generate actionable insights for targeted sub-sectors (MMLC) 2 - Desk Research & Industry Analysis Support Product Owners (PO) to conduct: Competitor landscape analysis Industry trend analysis Translate findings into: Customer behavior implications Product/service opportunity areas 3 - Research Framework & Standardization Develop and maintain standardized guidelines for: Interview design Survey methodology Stakeholder engagement Ensure full alignment với: Internal research frameworks 4 - Workshop & Insight Activation Professionally coordinate and co-organize with: Product Owners (PO) Business Analysts (BA) External agencies Design and deliver: Customer insight workshops Co-creation sessions Industry events 👤 Requirements Experience: 4–8 năm Corporate banking / consulting / research (B2B) Strong ability: Interview khách hàng doanh nghiệp Insight synthesis Advantage: Hiểu industry / large corporate
