THE ROLE

We’re seeking a hands-on CX Retention Manager to lead our retention team while maintaining direct member relationships through multi-channel engagement. This role combines strategic leadership with daily member intervention, requiring someone who thrives on both developing team performance and personally saving high-value member relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and develop a retention team focused on aggressive retention goals
  • Conduct escalated retention conversations for high-value at-risk members
  • Maintain personal relationships with top at-risk members requiring senior-level intervention
  • Execute strategic retention initiatives through direct member contact and team coordination
  • Analyze retention data and implement performance improvements across team operations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize member journey and retention strategies
