We’re looking for a commercially driven CX expert with a passion for customer engagement, activation, and conversion. You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and are confident working across multiple systems and marketing tools to deliver relevant, personalized, and timely communication.
As our new Customer Activation Specialist, you’ll join the Activation team within the broader Customer Journey & Communication unit – a team dedicated to creating meaningful experiences that drive satisfaction and long-term loyalty across our brands in Norway and Sweden.
Your main focus will be to maximize the business impact of brand initiatives and day-to-day activities. By leveraging our marketing automation tools, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across all brands – as well as independently – to launch new content, sports rights, podcasts, and entertainment. Your work will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and increasing lifetime value.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Develop and operationalise customer communication through all channels, and in accordance to brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Support on prioritization of initiatives, with focus on expected value and outcome from the specific activity - and operationalise the prioritized initiatives in an efficient manner with focus on commercial impact
  • Operationalise and send-out ad-hoc communication, newsletters, consent and login activities and other brand specific events
  • Participate and operationalise experiments with various AI Personalisation models for (dynamic) content to increase impact on engagement on specific sporting and entertainment events
  • Create and operationalise simple segments in campaigns where needed
  • Work close to brand teams to deliver on day-to-day initiatives, in order to maximize commercial potential from brand specific initiatives and news events
  • Create and send out sales campaigns in accordance to campaign plans from our brands
  • Operationalise necessary communication, such as price increase communication, and ensure maximum impact (i.e reduced/low churn) from these activities
  • Ensure that all guidelines and requirements on GDPR and privacy are followed when creating and sending out communication

WE BELIEVE YOU WILL NEED THESE QUALIFICATIONS TO DO THE JOB:

  • 3+ years experience with developing/creating digital communication and operationalising customer experience strategies and tactics
  • At least 4 years of experience working with Customer Experience through a Marketing Automation tool, preferably Braze.
  • Able to identify and improve communication to increase CTR and conversion rates
  • Operationalise customer communication in all channels based on design/brand guidelines
  • Analyze results from our customer communication and be self-driven in localizing opportunities for improvement
  • Strong technical understanding within digital communication
  • Action oriented and operational, with a strong commercial focus
  • Structured but able to think creatively when it comes to customer communication
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • You are proficient in Norwegian - written and oral

    This is a permanent, full-time position. Some travel may be required.
