CX Suite Pre Sales CCaaS Specialist / Functional Contact Center Expert (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

As part of a sales & consultants’ team, the WL Contact sale support expert is responsible for customers’ presentation / demo. The objective is to support the sales team for clients ‘meetings. You need to have a good understanding of the customer’s business and CX issues. When RFI/RFP or any opportunities are issued, you will contribute to the response (or lead generation) by integrating the key elements understood during the presales meetings

  • Prospect: presales activities, solution ‘s demo, customers’ presentation
  • Lead and facilitate functional workshops with customers (presales activities or prior to solution implementation) and find the solution modules that will add the most value,
  • Conduct immersions to identify the customers’needs,Propose functionalities or best practices to ensure the project’s success (omnichannel strategy design, customer journey design, performance analysis, etc.).
