POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Experience Technician is responsible for providing a superior customer experience to customers and a supportive environment for the best patient care. In addition, the CX Technician will be responsible for handling high volume phone calls and data order entry. Your dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs will be essential in upholding our company’s commitment to excellence.

Demonstrate a working knowledge of all pharmacy rules and regulations

  • Interpret faxes, escripts, verbal, and written prescription orders
  • Input all information into the company’s dispensing software
  • Charge credit cards for orders
  • Answer patient/customer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Process refill requests from patients and provider’ offices
  • Call patients about new prescriptions
  • Call providers for refill requests
  • Maintain compliance with the Company’s patient confidentiality requirements
  • Follow all policies and procedures set forth by Company
  • Perform other duties as assigne
