The CYATS Section Manager will lead progress of the Child and Youth Assessment and Therapeutic Services (CYATS) expansion whilst ensuring efficient and effective services are delivered to children and young people with suspected and diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders and developmental delays to access assessment, therapy, management, and support to access the National Disability Insurance
Scheme (NDIS) through a multidisciplinary team collaborating across relevant Divisions of Congress.
The role will build both town and remote capacity, coordinating the team and effectively collaborate across the organisation to ensure successful implementation of CYATS. This program will ensure all Aboriginal children and their families in Central Australia have access to evidence informed assessment and therapeutic services within a continuous quality systems enhancement framework leading to service improvement through strong leadership and support to staff through a period of change and transition.
