1.Monitoring and management of deployed CyberArk solutions including all its components 2.ITSM tool -NTTDATA ServiceNow. 3.Privilege account lifecycle management 4.Safe Creation/ Safe Design/ Safe Management 5.Managing existing CyberArk Policies 6.Assist in break glass procedure related to CyberArk 7.Update and maintain the existing project documentation 8.Help auditors in generating reports and/or view recorded sessions 9.Average quarterly Volumes - 70 + Tickets (As per solution handover deck) Basic Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience on Cyber Ark
