Description
Total Number of Openings 2 Develop and maintain the cybersecurity strategy, policies and risk management processes to ensure that the organization effectively secures Chevron’s operations. Execution of Cybersecurity Initiatives, remediation of capability gaps Engagement, awareness, expectation setting for cybersecurity initiatives and resiliency focus areas Communications, tracking, reporting of status for stakeholders on progress of initiatives and remediations. Monitor, measure and reports the progress of cybersecurity initiatives and remediation of identified gaps or issues to ITFP\IRSM leadership. Identification and escalation of issues for leadership action on initiatives and identified resiliency progress. Collaborate with cybersecurity strategy and architects for awareness of future initiatives in the organizations vision and on roadmaps to provide early awareness to stakeholders of expected cybersecurity requirements. Follow up, adjustments, and ensuring progress of issues and exceptions to remediation for cybersecurity initiatives and deviations from policies, guardrails, and controls Collaboration, Consultation and Communication · Maintains effective communication with various stakeholders, including executives, employees, partners, and customers, to promote cybersecurity policy awareness and alignment. Effectively collaborates with the Risk Management Operations, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Security Operations, IT Foundations Platforms, Digital Platforms, Business Partners and respective supporting teams to align, and reinforce importance and address concerns of adoption and maturity of cybersecurity initiatives and capabilities.
