Title: EAM Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months
35 Hours/Week
Location: On-Site / 2 Broadway New York, NY
Rate: $70 / Hour

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE EDUCATION

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM
• 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio

• Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
• Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review
• Create and maintain an accurate project schedule
• Partner with Subways SMEs to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports
• Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed
