Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to security clearance administration and governance, including maintaining administrative systems and standard operating
    processes and procedural guidance, managing confidential employee information, registers and billing records; and reporting and
    assurance activities to support regulatory and policy compliance.
  2. Process AusCheck and administer other security clearance screening in accordance with standard operating procedures and work with
    senior cyber security risk analysts to manage security risk assessments and reporting to governance committees.
  3. Provide front-facing advice and support to client agencies and individuals in the administration of security clearances and related
    policies and systems and stay abreast of regulatory changes to ensure provision of quality and contemporary advice.
  4. Prepare or contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, agendas and meeting papers for various forums and research and
    write technical or policy cyber security plans and documents.
  5. Work with managers and colleagues to scope, plan and deliver cyber resilience projects as a project team member or for smaller
    projects, as the project officer, including delivering security and compliance plans, policy guidance, documentation and other activities.
