Description Position Summary Deliver instruction for the Title 10 Basic Cyber Operations – Procedures (BOC) course. This role prepares officers to navigate the complexities of Title 10 and Title 50 authorities, ensuring they understand the operational and legal frameworks of full-spectrum cyberspace missions. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications Specialized Training: Must be a graduate of T10 ION (Basic Cyber Operator Course) OR the NSA CNOQC. Operational Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience serving as a Cyberspace Operator within the NSA or the Cyber Mission Force (CMF). Operational Planning Mastery: Deep knowledge of Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE), the Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC), and the Joint Planning Process (JPP). Expert understanding of the relationship between NSA and USCYBERCOM. Tactical Expertise: Ability to instruct on Strike/Mission Packages for Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO). Knowledge of IKE/JCC2, cyber infrastructure, and technical/operational schemes of maneuver. Comprehensive understanding of Interagency involvement in cyberspace operations.
Responsibilities
