SAIC is seeking a Cyber Engineer to ensure the cybersecurity of shipboard C5ISR systems by developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity plans and auditing security measures throughout the system lifecycle of the USCG Polar Security Cutter program. Work is performed on site in Pascagoula, MS. This position is contingent upon award news, expected in Winter 2025. Duties: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity plan for shipboard C5ISR systems Conduct cybersecurity audits and maintain security requirements through system trials Coordinate with Bollinger, USCG, and OEM vendors for cybersecurity requirements Support the review of the cyber security design and integration Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, contract requirements, and best practices Cyber Security Plan, including the Contractor’s efforts to maintain and audit Cyber Security Requirements through Ship Trials Please view our program page for more information and to view all open positions available: jobs.saic.com/CutterC5ISR Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or related field Five (5) years extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles and standards and C3ISR, C4ISR, C5ISR, and/or C6ISR shipboard systems and architecture *See below to view desired C3-C6 ISR systems applicable to this program.
