UPSKILL THE COLLECTIVE

  • Coach and mentor Tier 1 & 2 SOC analysts, empowering them to handle a greater share of Tier 3 (deep investigation, digital forensics, threat hunting) tasks and elevate collective readiness.
  • Develop and deliver internal workshops, labs, and just‑in‑time training that translate threat‑intel into repeatable analyst actions.
  • Drive a culture of preparedness—root‑cause analysis, lessons‑learned sessions, and continuous improvement.

THINGS WE LOVE TO SEE BUT AREN’T REQUIREMENTS

  • Certified in Incident Handling or Digital Forensics
  • Cybersecurity/IT degrees are not required, but highly desirable
  • Experience with conducting digital forensics and evidence collection: network, memory, mobile device, malware, database, cloud, and IOT forensics
  • Experience with threat intelligence attack analysis
  • Familiarity with threat‑intelligence platforms (MISP, Anomali, TIPs) and STIX/TAXII standards.
  • Experience creating and facilitating Incident Response Tabletop Exercises for technical and non-technical audiences.
