Description

ABOUT US

Cyber Media is a growing software company supporting health and wellbeing engagement and management solutions for the NHS, councils and service providers.
We deliver solutions that make a real difference to people’s lives, including systems that are nationally important. We’re a professional, ethical and environmentally conscious company with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certifications.
We joined the Mayden group of ‘best of breed’ healthtech companies in 2025 and we love that the work we do is transforming health and care, together.
We are a team of developers with a broad range of skills and experience. Many of our product team started their first role with us and have grown to establish their careers over many years. The broader developer community across Mayden gives the opportunity to access skills and experience of a large group, whilst benefiting from working day to day in a small and close-knit team.
Mayden was awarded the 2024 EntreConf Employer and Health and Wellbeing awards and previously Development Team of the Year at the UK IT industry awards.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Our current tech stack incorporates (but isn’t limited to) Java and Microsoft SQL server. We don’t need you to have experience with these specifically, but would expect some understanding of software engineering principles, modern programming languages and frameworks including object-oriented programming and MVC architecture.
We use Subversion and Git for source control and ideally you will have some experience with this.
You will likely be a graduate with a minimum 2.1 degree in a Software Engineering or Computer Science related subject.

ABOUT US

Cyber Media provides solutions for health and wellbeing services, from case management through to engagement websites and client portals.
We’re working to a purpose – you’ll get to work on projects that make a real difference to people’s lives, including systems that are nationally important.
