OVERVIEW

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking an experienced Cyber PDP Facilitator to deliver advanced cyber intelligence training in support of INDOPACOM mission objectives in Honolulu, Hawaii. The facilitator will design, implement, and maintain a range of cyber training courses aligned with DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards. This position supports instruction on cyber threat analysis, cyberspace operations, and cyber planning—providing expertise on both the strategic and operational applications of cyber intelligence. This position operates in an on-site, SCIF-based environment. U.S. citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and instruct cyber intelligence training programs from introductory to senior/expert levels
  • Train learners in cyber threat analysis and support to cyber planning and operations
  • Teach foundational and advanced concepts of cyberspace operations, including offensive, defensive, and exploitation aspects
  • Instruct on the technological landscape of information networks, including the impacts and vulnerabilities inherent to those systems
  • Examine and explain organizational structures and operational components of the U.S. Government’s Cyber Force
  • Tailor content to address the unique cyber intelligence challenges of the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility
  • Ensure course materials remain compliant with evolving cyber standards, policies, and mission priorities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of DoD or military experience in cyber intelligence or related fields
  • Trained and certified instructor with relevant cyber training delivery experience

Desired Qualifications

  • 15 or more years of DoD or military experience in cyber intelligence, including operational or strategic assignments in the INDOPACOM AoR
  • Certified curriculum developer and DIA instructor
  • Experience with cyber-related training programs and learning technologies
  • Familiarity with cyberspace operations, cyber planning frameworks, and cyber organizational structures within the U.S. Government
