SAIC is seeking a Cyber Persona Developer to support MARFORCYBER at their Ft Meade, MD location. The right candidate will have experience in analyzing and understanding the information environment and using social engineering techniques with target audiences to support planning for cyber or information operations. Key Responsibilities: Analyze individual elements of personality through the DISC or 5-factor Model methodology Build interpersonal communications/engagement plans Understand and utilize rapport-building strategies and techniques to created needs based relationships of trust Utilize persuasive communication techniques to influence conversations Maneuver effectively in social media to build credible online presence across social media platforms Required Qualifications: Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph dated within the last five years Direct experience with military information operations Joint Planning experience Must possess a broad knowledge of networking concepts, cyberspace operations, infrastructures and platforms Desired Qualifications: Direct experience with the Cyber Mission Force Native Spanish speaker
