ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Cyber Project Manager/Leader with advanced technical and leadership skills to manage high-impact cybersecurity initiatives that protect our organization’s Critical Valued Assets (CVAs). This is a senior-level hybrid role based in Toronto, ideal for a cybersecurity professional with a strong background in enterprise IT modernization, security architecture, and project leadership.
You will lead complex, high-risk security programs from end to end, ensuring secure design, delivery, and day 2 support of cybersecurity solutions. Expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), IBM Guardium, and modern enterprise security tools is key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead large-scale cybersecurity and IT modernization programs with a focus on protecting CVAs.
• Architect and implement advanced security controls including DLP, database activity monitoring, encryption, and tokenization.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to drive secure project delivery.
• Integrate “security by design” principles into project planning and execution.
• Ensure successful operational handover and support of all project deliverables.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and risk mitigation strategies.
