Exceptional track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects Experience of managing multiple and complex projects across full lifecycle of product development Extensive experience of project management in international matrix environments Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Able to deliver concise summaries of complex scenarios/information to a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, up to and including director level, to drive decisions and deliver results Management of people, capacity and conflict management Experience in transformations and focus on continual service improvement KPIs: Delivery on time of allocated projects once dates have been committed Delivery to budget once committed Management of risk & issues in a timely manner to ensure no red issues for longer than 3 consecutive weeks Continuous improvement of delivery (performance and efficiency) Transformation outcomes 10+ years in hands-on technical roles including build and operations of IT infrastructure and network infrastructure Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components (networking, servers, storage, databases, cloud services) Ability to identify gaps/issues and solutions across a multi-datacentre global IT landscape Knowledge of data centre racking / cabling standards Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage solutions NetApp and Dell EMC Knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, VPN's and firewall configurations Network design and troubleshooting Working knowledge of IPv6 addressing routing and design Conversant in Cloud technologies (both on-prem and off-prem) including hosting and routing Experience in Cyber Security device design and management Knowledge of network security protocols and firewall configurations Good working knowledge of CyberArk, PAM and IDS/IDPS systems Not a Perfect Fit?
