Description
New countries readiness onboarding process: Support the creation of cyber procedures. Coordinate HO, regional and local functions interfaces and connect them to the corporate process. Provide solutions for business continuity during cyber. Assist planning and executing country cyber-attack drills. Monitoring and preserving corporate general readiness: Maintain generic processes and methodology for cyber readiness for all units and countries. Global implementation of the methodology. Support planning and executing country cyber-attack drills. Constant update and formalization of all company units’ cyber procedures. Characterization and implementation of alternative solutions for business continuity: Defining and producing back up data and alternative tools for cyber mode. Close interface with IT dept. for building and implementing new system for crisis management. Project coordination: Track implementation of the entire project work plan. Follow up on all action items in all sub-projects with cyber consultancy firm. Maintain entire project’s schedules. GOC general tasks: Keeping updated status of vessels and ports as part of the global operation center. GOC updates to all company units. Requirements An academic degree - A must. Experience in project management with cross functional and multi-cultural interfaces – An advantage. Deep knowledge of ZIM’s core business processes and interface with main systems. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking) – A must. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills – An advantage.
Responsibilities
This role involves supporting the onboarding process for new countries by creating cyber procedures and coordinating interfaces between headquarters, regional, and local functions. The coordinator will also maintain general cyber readiness processes globally and assist in planning and executing country cyber-attack drills.
