Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of experience in defense acquisition and program leadership, including leading technical programs in RF, SIGIN, EW, or CNO
  • Experience working with Army budget cycles, capability development pathways, such as JCIDS or POM, and funding mechanisms, such as RDT&E or OPA
  • Experience successfully managing or supporting prototyping, experimentation, or technology transition efforts
  • Ability to technically work with RF systems, signal processing, spectrum operations, CNO tools, and EW and SIGINT mission applications
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with supporting technology transition, capability demonstration, or operational experimentation
  • Experience working with Army Futures Command, PEO IEW&S, RCCTO, ARCYBER or similar DoD organizations
  • Experience with rapid acquisition pathways, including OTA, BAAs, CSOs, and other rapid acquisition pathways
  • Possession of strong communication and customer engagement skills across technical and non-technical DoD audiences
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Responsibilities

Leverage background in defense acquisition, program execution and capture strategy. Lead cross-functional efforts to drive business growth and deliver advanced capabilities in RF and Cyber Network Operations areas. Apply experience leading complex technical programs involving RF, signals intelligence and Cyber Network Operations. Lead and align technical investments, prototypes, and strategy to high priority Army and Air Force customer needs. Lead and manage complex technical programs in areas of RF and EW Operations and Cyber Network Operations (CNO). Lead and manage rapid prototyping initiatives, pilot programs, and early capability demonstrations in alignment with customer mission needs and acquisition timelines. Drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and capturing new opportunities, especially within the Army’s RF and EW mission areas. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to Army and DoD budget cycles, modernization priorities, and capability development pathways. Interface with Army stakeholders, program offices, and acquisition commands to shape requirements and ensure solution relevance. Collaborate across engineering, product development, and BD teams to align R&D investments with near- and long-term opportunity pipelines. Translate technical mission requirements into actionable roadmaps and investment strategies. Represent the organization at industry days, technical exchanges, and operational demonstrations.
