QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of analytics engineering tools, briefing creation and presentation
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools like Qlik, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Ability to “tell a story” through the creation of compelling client presentations
• Experience working independently with minimal guidance
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
• Previous hands on experience with value stream mapping and predictive modeling

Deloitte seeks a Consultant to support a workstream that provides highly visible and strategically impactful support to our defense clients and their mission to secure enduring warfighting advantage by fostering a culture of learning and improvement that adapts, corrects, and innovates faster than any adversary. This role will support a dynamic team that enables the workstream with policy analysis, briefing development, course of action development, process improvement, organizational change management, lessons learned implementation and assessment, culture change efforts, and program management.
