Job Title: Cyber Security Account Manager
Location: Ashburton, Devon (hybrid two days in the office once fully trained)
Salary: £26k-£30k pa salary DOE plus uncapped commission

Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic sales team. This hybrid role involves developing, managing, and growing Cyber Security and Backup sales, and building strong relationships with clients, partners and the wider Grey Matter sales team.

  • Managing accounts and increasing Cyber Security and Backup sales using best practices.
  • Establishing new business opportunities with targeted accounts through prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing techniques, with a focus on Cyber Security and Backup solutions.
  • Proactively managing the sales pipeline and compiling accurate monthly reports.
  • You will be supported by the Cyber Security Solutions Specialist and our partners to learn about new Cybersecurity and Backup products to improve your knowledge and selling skills.
  • Collaborating with marketing to drive Cyber Security and Backup campaigns.
  • Providing client quotations for Cybersecurity and Backup solutions and working closely with other teams and partners to ensure world-class service.
  • Identifying and acting on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Cyber Security and Backup domains.
  • Using internal systems proficiently, keeping information up-to-date
  • Following up on new leads, call requests, renewals, and referrals specifically for Cybersecurity and Backup solutions.
  • Preparing documentation for licensing contracts and services, including proposals, quotes, and tenders for Cybersecurity and Backup clients.
  • Taking responsibility for resolving Cybersecurity and Backup-related issues.
