YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent STEM subjects
• Experience: Minimum of two years in a cybersecurity role
• An ability to communicate complex security threats to diverse audiences, verbally and in writing, in an easily-understood and actionable manner
• A broad and deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, controls and remediation strategies following established frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, BSI rundschutz, and/or OWASP ASVS, MITRE ATT&CK and/or D3FEND)
• Confirmed experience in cybersecurity consulting, as well table-top exercises
• Programming language skills in Python language at basic level
• Language skills: Proficiency in German and English

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, internally and externally with insurance and distribution partners.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during product development and implementation.
• Strategic Thinking: Capacity to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Decision Making: Ability to make informed decisions, often with limited information, and take accountability for the outcomes.
