Cybersecurity Analyst
Location: Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA
Clearance: Secret (minimum; Top Secret may be required)
Education: Bachelor’s in IT-related field OR Security+ with 4 years relevant experience
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ (required); DoD 8570.01M compliant
Experience: 4+ years in cybersecurity

• Conduct cyber metrics analysis, incident response, and mitigation.
• Perform vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and contingency planning.
• Manage firewall policies, ports, and protocols.
• Support VRAM daily operations.
• Use ACAS, HBSS, Splunk, MDE, MDI to monitor and secure systems.
• Ensure compliance with DoD/DON and NIST 800-series standards.
