WHAT YOU’LL DO: As an integral member of our Technical Services Department, the Cyber Security Engineer will design, implement, and maintain security policies across systems and networks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a secure, resilient infrastructure that supports our overall business objectives. You’ll be expected to: Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to system logs, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and support tickets. Lead and coordinate security testing efforts, including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and social engineering exercises with internal teams and external vendors. Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends to proactively defend against evolving threats and mitigate risks. Support system resilience through backup/recovery strategies, patch management, and high availability initiatives. Document, track, and drive remediation efforts while providing training, guidance, and support to IT staff and end users. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school. Minimum 6 - 8 years related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
