The role provides also provide L2/L3 system support on IDAM systems and underpinning infrastructure managed by the Information Security Operations team. The role is Ongoing Full-time position. CISSP/SANS/SC-200/AZ500/Security+ or any relevant certifications. Demonstrated understanding of Essential 8 Maturity. Understanding MITRE ATT&CK framework mapping. Strong experience and understanding of: Microsoft’s Azure cloud environment & MS Sentinel with knowledge in Log analytic workspace,Data Connectors, Custom Log ingestion,KQL, Logic Apps, REST API’s,Workbooks, Watchlist and incident automation. Identity & Access Management telemetry including EntraID logs, Application roles, Service Principals, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, Conditional access signals and Privileged access monitoring (PIM). Identity and Access Management tools such as SailPoint, Entra ID/Azure AD or CyberArk. Microsoft Active Directory environment (Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory Federation Services) and Internet Information Services (IIS). ITSM, scripting and automation (PowerShell or Python). Knowledge in: Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange Online and Teams). Windows and Non-Windows environments and Administration including servers. Computer Networking including TCP/IP, DNS and the OSI stack. Windows Server and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization including clustering. Politically neutral with no current or past affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
