About the role We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer / Platform Engineer to deploy, operate and continuously improve modern security platforms across on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building scalable, reliable security capabilities. You will work closely with architects, SOC teams and consultants to translate security strategy into operational platforms/ solutions. You will contribute directly to building enterprise-grade detection, automation, cloud security and integration capabilities for multiple customers and internal platforms. What you'll do Design, deploy and operate security platforms such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR, EDR, CSPM, IAM, Network Security. Integrate security tooling with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), identity platforms and enterprise infrastructure. Build and maintain integrations, automation workflows and operational tooling. Support detection engineering activities (log onboarding, tuning, normalization, enrichment). Implement security controls and hardening across infrastructure and cloud environments. Participate in solution design together with architects and consultants. Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues. Contribute to platform documentation, standards and reusable patterns. Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability and cost efficiency. What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure engineering or cloud engineering. Strong hands-on experience with at least some of: SIEM / XDR / SOAR platforms. Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Networking and security controls. Identity and access management. Automation / scripting (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, etc.). Solid understanding of networking, operating systems and cloud architectures. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems. Comfortable working in multi-client or multi-project environments. Strong communication skills in English. Nice to have DevSecOps exposure. Experience with large-scale environments.
