The Cyber Security Governance Coordinator supports the delivery of governance and advisory services by coordinating Cyber Advisory Practice operations, managing stakeholder engagement and work pipelines, and maintaining performance and vulnerability reporting. The role works closely with the Governance Manager, ICT teams, and Practice Managers to ensure services and initiatives align with the University’s cyber security framework. Your key responsibilities will be to: coordinate and oversee the operational delivery of Cyber Security Governance advisory services, including resource scheduling. manage the advisory practice work pipeline, reporting, and cost recovery engage and guide internal stakeholders in partnership with ICT teams to support governance services. maintain and administer cyber security performance and vulnerability metric reporting support audits, compliance initiatives, and reporting requirements as directed develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective governance and advisory service delivery. About you advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Office 365, Power BI) and experience developing data visualisations excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across functions in a multi-stakeholder environment proven organisational and time management skills, including coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines experience with modern workplace technologies and digital workflow tools (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Nintex, Microsoft Power Platform).
