THE OPPORTUNITY:

Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is looking for a Cyber Security Lead to champion our cybersecurity strategy and operations. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding the organisation’s security posture, ensuring visibility across critical systems, and driving detection engineering excellence using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.
You’ll work closely with IT and business leaders to shape and implement best practices, lead detection initiatives, and ensure our defences evolve with the threat landscape.
