Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a rare chance to build the cybersecurity function for a globally recognised French luxury house, with responsibility spanning the UAE, France and wider international operations. The business combines heritage, design and modern digital growth, and is now looking for a Cyber Security Manager to take ownership of its global security strategy. This is a genuine greenfield role. You ll have the autonomy to build the framework, set the standards and shape how cybersecurity is managed across the group, rather than inheriting a finished function. The role You ll own cybersecurity across a complex, multi-entity environment, combining strategy with hands-on delivery. That means setting the security roadmap, strengthening cloud and identity controls, improving monitoring and detection, and making sure the business has the right governance in place as it continues to scale. You ll work heavily across Azure, IAM, network security and SIEM/XDR platforms, while also helping the business prepare for newer risks, including AI-driven threats. A big part of the role will be stakeholder management. You ll work closely with the IT Director and senior teams across different markets, balancing security, business needs and transformation priorities across the wider group.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • • 5+ years' dedicated cybersecurity experience, including management or lead-level responsibility. • Strong UAE experience and currently based in the country. • Proven experience delivering security programmes across complex, multi-entity or international organisations. • Strong hands-on experience across Azure, IAM, network security and SIEM/XDR platforms. • Good understanding of cloud security, governance and enterprise security architecture. • Experience building or scaling security frameworks rather than only operating within established ones. • CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification is required. Experience working across European markets, or within luxury, retail, manufacturing or fast-scaling digital environments, would be a strong fit. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape cybersecurity across the entire group and build a function with real global influence.
