Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform Cyber Security Supplier Risk assessments processed through Supply Chain Service Desk (SCRASD) in a timely manner
  • Identify and escalate as needed complex Supplier Risk assessments to Cyber Support Lead & GRC team when necessary
  • Provide timely and effective support for security incidents reported by end-users and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security issues, escalating complex incidents to higher-level security personnel when necessary
  • Assist in the containment, eradication, and recovery of security breaches
  • Provide guidance and support to end-users on security best practices and the safe use of Information Technology (IT) resources
  • Address and resolve user queries related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incidents
  • Assist with managing privileged access controls, ensuring proper permissions and roles are assigned according to security policies
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of security vulnerabilities in systems and applications as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of security incidents, support requests, and resolution
