Description
Provide operational support for critical Privileged Access systems and act as a subject matter expert. Design and maintain PAM solutions, leveraging both industry-standard tools and custom-built applications. Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and end users to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations. Develop automation scripts and tooling using Python, PowerShell, or Shell to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational workflows and delegate tasks to outsourced L1/L2 teams as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance system stability, recovery time, and supportability through automation and process optimization. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support and enhance in-house developed applications and systems. Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows environments. Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python). Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and tools. Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and ITIL disciplines (release, change, configuration management). Strong understanding of security principles and experience working in regulated environments. Knowledge of automation/orchestration tools and mindset for process optimization. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technologies. Azure experience is a plus. CISSP or similar certification preferred but not mandatory. Strong interest in cybersecurity and operational excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, presentations, and stakeholder interactions. Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams and manage periodic on-call responsibilities.
