The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of "Cyber Security Specialist (Ειδικός Κυβερνοασφάλειας)”, for its premises in Thessaloniki. The position will report to the IT Manager of the Information Technology Department, based in Thessaloniki. Main Responsibilities: Enforce cybersecurity policies and standards across operations. Ensure compliance with global standards such as GDPR and cyber insurance requirements. Lead incident response and vulnerability management programs. Conduct risk assessments and penetration testing. Coordinate with Corporate IT, Legal, and external vendors during security events. Lead security awareness training and monitor compliance. Report on cybersecurity posture and risks to executive leadership. Oversee cybersecurity tools and platforms such as firewalls, antimalware, and email protection systems. Mobilize and manage external cybersecurity providers. Track and document incident details, actions, and risks. Support coordination and communication during incident response. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business with Technology Management, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of work experience, including some supervisory experience, in cybersecurity or related IT fields (computer, network, and telecommunications systems), managing complex technology projects and related teams. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is mandatory. A Master’s degree and/or Project Management certification is desirable but not required. Strong IT skills and in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity tools and systems. Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under tight deadlines. Strong verbal, presentation, listening, and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex systems clearly. Personnel management skills. Valid driving license.
