In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that the service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to the satisfaction of our customers. On a daily basis, you will provide technical support, acting as a specialist and solving problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.
