Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Good understanding of industry standards particularly IEC 62443 and IEC 62351
  • Awareness of cybersecurity trends emerging threats and hacking techniques Familiarity with advanced security practices such as computer forensic analysis ethical hacking and security testing
  • Experience in working with Industrial Control Systems in a similar role
  • Ample experience in project execution and change management processes
  • Several years of experience in the energy sector or related fields is beneficialFluency in technical English both written and oral

Responsibilities:

As a Cyber Security Specialist in the NCE Plant Engineering team you will ensure that all SCADA solutions within the region align with Vestas standards and meet customer requirements. You will be key in supporting the business by offering technical insight and contributing to the overall cybersecurity strategy. Your role will involve coordinating cybersecurity initiatives across a diverse suite of Industrial Control System components while focusing on the following key areas.

  • Review legal and customer documentation to identify and extract relevant technical requirements
  • Map cybersecurity requirements to a generic durable and trusted cybersecurity architecture
  • Collaborate with value chain representatives to ensure architecture alignment across all lifecycle stages including production commissioning and service operations
  • Enable appropriate security controls to safeguard OT data and infrastructure
  • Engage in the change management process to ensure consistent cybersecurity practicesAssist the team in handling cybersecurity incidents as needed
