Description
Your responsibilities will include administering and reviewing supplier security assessments, identifying risks, and overseeing remediation plans. Ensure that the assessments have been completed appropriately and ensure that the controls are in place to mitigate the suppliers' inherent cyber risks Provide guidance on appropriateness of suppliers' compensating controls Consulting with suppliers and Purchasing partners on Security and Controls Process Facilitating communications with Purchasing to confirm controls information Facilitating communications with Suppliers in identifying, documenting and reviewing Information Technology (IT) controls Cultivate relationships with other stakeholders and Consult with subject matter experts on various skill teams (e.g., Global Data Insights and Analytics, Human Resources, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Cyber Security, Business Owners) Provide metrics and status to management regarding compliance with assessment requirements Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively Promote Cyber Third-Party Risk Management awareness with audience specific training and communications Research industry best practices and consult advisor groups Identify and implement process improvements, integration and automation opportunities Incorporate future enhancements and innovations into the Cyber Third-Party Risk Management strategy Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related OR a combination of education and experience Prior experience working with Third-Party Risk Management tools Understanding of Industry Standards/Frameworks/Certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001/2, TISAX, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST CSF, CIS) Prior experience with data visualization tools Process improvement mindset Familiar with Ford processes, procedures, and organization fordcareers.co/GSRnon-HTHD This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.
