Our Customer Experience team is growing, and we’re looking for great people to join us! We’re a fast-growing cybersecurity startup working with an incredible roster of global customers, and we’re excited to bring more talented people on board. As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Leading end-to-end POVs to ensure customers get the most value from our platform * Managing a portfolio of amazing global customers and building strong relationships * Acting as a trusted advisor and the customer’s voice internally - collaborating with Product, Sales, and R&D to turn feedback into impactful initiatives Requirements We’re looking for someone who: * Is obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences * Has strong interpersonal skills – can understand what matters to people and build genuine relationships. * Has a strong can-do attitude, is accountable, and can manage multiple projects at once * Is a team player who collaborates well with other teams. * Excellent written and spoken English * At least 2 years of experience in a startup or high-tech environment - Must * Cybersecurity background - an advantage
Responsibilities
The Customer Experience Manager will lead end-to-end points of view (POVs) to maximize customer value from the platform and manage a portfolio of global customers, building strong relationships.
