Our Work The Cyber Strategy and Operating Model team specializes in developing and optimizing operating models for cybersecurity, conducting maturity assessments, and ensuring client is compliant with relevant standards and regulations. They support clients in managing cyber risks and driving cyber transformations to enhance overall security posture. The team works closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business and technology environments, leveraging strengths while identifying and addressing gaps in their current cyber operating models. As an experienced consultant ready to lead, you will: Drive and lead end-to-end projects, from scoping to full implementation — often as a primary client advisor Design and deliver solutions aligned with Cyber / Resilience framework Facilitate client workshops, train stakeholders, and guide change management efforts Lead cross-functional teams consisting of Deloitte consultants, clients, and solution partners Actively contribute to business development, including proposal writing, client engagement, and market positioning Help build Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Operating model capabilities in the Nordics and support community-building efforts across the region Qualifications We are looking for a person that is passionate about advisory within Cyber Strategy and Operating Model and who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver sustainable impact that truly matters to our clients. We seek a passionate cyber strategy advisor with: A relevant master’s degree and valid EU work permit 8+ years’ experience in cyber strategy, operating models, risk management, regulatory compliance, and technology transformation advisory Proven leadership skills with a desire to develop talent and shape new services Excellent communication skills, especially with C-Suite and Board stakeholders A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution Experience in management consulting or large complex organisations Fluency in English; Danish language skills or willingness to learn is a plus Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
