POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
  • Fourteen years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • Five years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop detailed system specifications.
  • Lead systems design and development efforts, ensuring seamless integration of technology and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, and conduct feasibility assessments.
  • Serve as a technical leader guiding the integration of systems, requirements, and emerging technologies into mission operations.
  • Develop system architectures and technical documentation that support the full system lifecycle.
  • Support development and implementation planning, including Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs) and test strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison between the engineering team and government stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring technical alignment.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of all engineering deliverables and maintain consistent communication with program leadership and senior executives.
