Description:

Integrity Management Consulting is looking for a Cyber Threat Analyst-Journeyman to serve as a Counterintelligence Analyst on the ARCYBER program. Here are the specifics:
Shall provide advanced intelligence support and operations in support of various counterintelligence (CI) mission requirements. Work is primarily conducted in support of ARCYBER HQ requirements and in conjunction with counterpart agencies, such as USCYBERCOM and the Army Counterintelligence Command. The support shall include the following activities:
a. Perform coordination and communication of counterintelligence activities.
b. Conduct research and analysis to support counterintelligence and collect information.
c. Develop debriefing plans and question sets (e.g., incorporating biographical data).
d. Support Key Leader Engagement (KLE) activities and briefings.
e. Develop intelligence reports and operational support documentation (e.g., Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)).
f. Develop products in conjunction with counterpart agency analysts or community wide efforts involving military service, DoD, national, and international level intelligence elements. Identify, investigate, and author reports regarding complex cyber events, vulnerabilities, and foreign threat actors.
g. Research trends within an assigned subject-matter area.
h. Develop and/or recommend innovative analytical approaches and solutions to problems and situations.
i. Identify intelligence gaps and collection requirements to fill gaps and evaluate intelligence collected in response to requirements.
j. Provide planning support to Army CI operations and activities in support of cyberspace operations, as required.
k. Deploy new tools or techniques for advancing threat analysis capabilities.
l. Serve as liaison and work cyber investigations with CI analysts and interagency partners.
m. Advise the CI team on computer science and information technology capabilities.
Analyst must be knowledgeable of industry best practices regarding network protocols and have experience with one or more of the following: Security information and event management (SIEM tools), relevant intelligence databases, and Publicly Available Information Research (PAIR) tools.
Additional qualifications desired (but not required) to support the CI mission include: professional cyber certification (e.g., NET+, SEC+, PEN TEST +, CNNA+, and/or CEH); CI agent certifying course; Joint Military Counterintelligence Collection Course; federal level certification/training in investigations and/or forensic analysis; and knowledge of investigative skills, to include case documentation, preservation of evidence, interviewing techniques, and liaison experience with other government agencies.
