In this role, you will: Maintain the overall health, availability, and performance of the CyberArk platform, ensuring systems are up to date and operating efficiently Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and system monitoring Support and manage CyberArk integrations with internal systems, applications, and infrastructure Troubleshoot and triage complex or high-impact issues, driving resolution in a timely manner Partner with internal teams and external Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to support the end-to-end CyberArk ecosystem Implement and maintain security best practices for privileged access management Monitor platform usage and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability Assist with onboarding new applications, accounts, and systems into CyberArk Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures Who You Are: 3+ years of hands-on experience administering CyberArk PAM solutions (e.g., PAS, CPM, PVWA, PSM) Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and security best practices Experience with system integrations, including APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, and cloud platforms Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Experience working with or alongside a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell or similar) is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams Preferred Skills Experience in enterprise security environments Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) frameworks CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry) are a plus Total Rewards: We proudly offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being, such as health coverage, wellness programs, 401K company match, self-managed PTO, and other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments.
