REQUIREMENTS:

• Deploy, configure, and support CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Assist in implementing new cybersecurity technologies and upgrading existing infrastructure.
• Create system architecture proposals for deployments and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on technology deployments.
• Configure and set up IAM/security systems and patch/maintain technology.
• Develop documentation and procedural guides for day-to-day operations and major tasks.
• Train team members on new systems and provide knowledge transfer.
• Provide off-hours and on-call support for cybersecurity systems as needed.
• Travel to company sites when required; support emergencies or scheduled maintenance outside normal hours.

TECHNICAL SKILLS – MUST HAVE:

• Hands-on experience deploying and configuring CyberArk PAM solutions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with scripting/programming (PowerShell preferred).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies and IAM best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift/transport server equipment when necessary.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours to support critical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various company locations.
• Must pass NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to manage multiple assignments.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Clear communicator with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.

We are seeking a CyberArk Engineer / IAM Specialist with strong experience in deploying and configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, specifically CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM). The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to operational excellence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality security solutions. This role involves supporting deployments, upgrades, documentation, and day-to-day cybersecurity operations while maintaining compliance with NERC CIP requirements.
