Job Description Job Description – PAM Operations Engineer Role Summary We are looking for a CyberArk Operations Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools. The role involves managing privileged/admin accounts, service accounts, safes, platforms, and Active Directory integrations within CyberArk/PAM environments. The candidate will work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure privileged access management and smooth day-to-day operations. Experience Required 3–6 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk or any other PAM tool administration, operations, or support. Key Responsibilities Onboard and manage privileged/admin accounts and service accounts in CyberArk or other PAM tools. Configure, modify, and maintain safes/vaults and access permissions. Add, remove, and manage Active Directory groups and user access associated with safes. Perform password management activities including: Password reconciliation Password changes/resets in PAM tools Resetting passwords in Active Directory Troubleshoot CPM/password management and reconciliation issues. Work with PAM platforms and ensure correct platform assignment/configuration for accounts. Manage user access requests and privilege modifications as per approval workflows. Monitor PAM operations and resolve day-to-day operational issues. Coordinate with application, server, and infrastructure teams for onboarding and access-related activities. Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and operational procedures. Support incident resolution and operational troubleshooting related to privileged access management. Maintain operational documentation, onboarding procedures, and knowledge articles. Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions. Strong understanding of: Safes/Vaults Platforms Password management operations Privileged account onboarding Service account management Experience managing Active Directory users, groups, and permissions. Knowledge of password reconciliation and password reset processes. Familiarity with access management. Understanding of server infrastructure and Active Directory environments. Ability to troubleshoot operational and access-related issues in PAM environments. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CyberArk PAS administration/support. Exposure to IT security and identity/access management concepts. Experience working in enterprise production support or operations environments.
