What you’ll do:
The Customer Success (CS) Cybersecurity Advisor (CA) is part of CS Architecture Advisor team. CA works closely with SAP’s Sales organisation and the Partner ecosystem to define the account strategy with a strong focus on secure architectures. CAs are responsible for bridging the gap between the customer’s business strategy and secure technology solutions by crafting robust cybersecurity architectures and designing a transformation roadmap at the enterprise level to ensure secure adoption of Cloud-based architectures. They act as trusted advisors for customers, ensuring cybersecurity is embedded within SAP-based Enterprise Architectures.
As a Cybersecurity Advisor (CA), you will focus on the following key areas:
Account Planning & Secure Architecture Management Responsibilities
Support the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP, identifying potential security risks and areas of improvement to enhance cybersecurity posture.
Engage with customers to support sales cycles with a focus on secure solution adoption and risk mitigation throughout the Customer Value Journey.
Drive business and IT architecture definitions, ensuring cybersecurity alignment with SAP organisations, the customer, and partners.
Provide a security-centric linkage between the customer and SAP product development leadership, influencing security feature enhancements.
Creating a Secure SAP Architecture Vision for the Customer
Support building customer demand through thought leadership in cybersecurity and compliance.
Analyse customer business processes and enterprise architecture to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend secure architecture practices.
Assess customer’s current enterprise landscape, emphasizing risk management and regulatory compliance.
Promote secure-by-design principles, advocating for industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) within cloud and hybrid environments.
Building Key Secure Architecture Deliverables: Business & Solution Security Architecture, Target State, Transformation Roadmap
Develop business architecture and capability mapping with an emphasis on security and compliance requirements.
Ensure security feasibility in business capabilities mapping to SAP solution architecture.
Design secure cloud transformation roadmaps, addressing threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance mandates.
Define and implement hybrid security architectures, ensuring secure integration between on-premise and cloud solutions.
Being a Trusted Cybersecurity Advisor for the Customer
Continuously align security strategies with evolving customer adoption and solution consumption models.
Provide governance support to maintain and enhance cybersecurity measures based on evolving threats and SAP security solutions.
Drive security awareness by showcasing the value of secure SAP architectures and their impact on compliance and risk management.
