Cyber Security Analyst Progression

Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Level 2–3) or 3–6 Month Contract-to-Hire (Level 1)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to join our team supporting Operational Technology (OT) systems in a critical energy environment. This role offers a progression path (Level 1–3) based on skills and experience, with opportunities to contribute to vulnerability management, compliance, threat monitoring, and OT cybersecurity program development.
The successful candidate will bring strong cybersecurity expertise—preferably with Energy/Utility sector experience—and a proven ability to work across plant maintenance, network, and vendor systems.

Role Levels & ResponsibilitiesCyber Security Analyst – Level 1

• Maintain and update the OT cyber asset database.
• Apply patches, antivirus updates, and backups to OT systems.
• Assist with IT-related tasks in support of OT systems (HMI, networking, remote access).
• Review CVEs for applicability to OT assets.
• Support compliance documentation and SharePoint site updates.
