SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or related discipline, or equivalent work experience within IT roles.
  • 4+ years’ experience in cybersecurity
  • Hands-on experience with Red Team TTP.
  • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
  • Ability to identify, exploit and mitigate vulnerabilities and explain how to mitigate them.
  • AWS and Azure security configurations
  • Windows enterprise environments
  • Willingness to commit to additional training on a regular basis
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Offensive Security certifications (eg CEH, GPEN, OCSP).

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and work with owners to eliminate vulnerabilities across the organization.
  • Perform proactive hunting for threats that may have escaped alerting systems.
  • Advise on and test controls required by current threat environment.
  • Participate in abuse-case building with software teams.
  • Run internal and external vulnerability scans, SAST and DAST, creating actionable output with the findings.
  • Participate in PCI-DSS audit as the ASV primary contact.
